Trading company «Q.R.F» with further joint work with the Moscow company «Trading House World Sushi». 

Concept: trading company selling raw materials from different parts of the world for sushi restaurants.

Creating absolutely everything from scratch: a company, market analysis, creating a logo and brand as a whole, positioning, concept development, finding suppliers, quality analysis, purchasing, logistics, storage, sales, identifying the right assortment for each restaurant individually, advertising, design , negotiations, contracts.
