Full organization of the kitchen workplace: creating a kitchen from scratch (purchasing all the necessary equipment, headsets, appliances), creating an exclusive menu, an engineering menu with further amendments, prices and market analysis, photographs, costing and technological maps.

Final result:

  • Completely exclusive, well-thought-out menu with a restaurant pricing policy, an equipped modern kitchen that meets all the goals and objectives of a professional sushi restaurant. All this was completed in the shortest possible time within the established budget.
